Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase from SarneShoes.com. If you’re not completely satisfied and your item is eligible for return, please return it promptly within 14 days of receipt to receive a refund to your original method of payment or store credit. Returns are accepted via mail to our distribution center or in person at authorized Stuart Weitzman boutiques. Items must be unworn, unused, and include all original tags, parts, and accessories. To avoid damage, we recommend trying on footwear in clean, carpeted areas. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sale items, outlet merchandise, and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or price adjustments.

How to Begin a Return or Exchange

  1. Visit the return portal on SarneShoes.com and select the item you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Follow instructions to receive return authorization.
  3. Ship the item back within the specified timeframe. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email about approval or rejection.
  4. If approved, we will either process a refund to your original payment method or fulfill the exchange request — if available.

Additional Notes

  • If your exchange item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
  • We are not responsible for items returned after the 14‑day window or that arrive damaged due to improper packaging.
  • Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility, unless otherwise specified.
